Digital delivery

Purchases are one-time digital purchases. After payment is verified by the server, your purchase page will show the prompt and usage notes. Copy the text, download a TXT file, or use your browser’s print option to save a PDF. Nothing physical is shipped.

A successful redirect alone never unlocks an order. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. The purchase page can remain pending until the payment provider confirms payment. Failed, incomplete, expired, and canceled checkouts do not grant access. Returning from checkout without payment does not create a paid order.

Purchase confirmation

Your protected purchase page confirms the order, amount and included prompts after verified payment. A Stripe payment receipt confirms payment and does not contain protected prompt text or your recovery key. Automatic Stripe receipts depend on the store’s verified email settings. Save your recovery kit even if you receive a payment receipt.

Your private recovery kit

Save the kit before leaving for Stripe. It contains your order ID and a private recovery key. Use them on Recover a purchase to reopen a paid order on another device. Keep it private. There is no account login or automatic recovery email in this phase.

If you lose your kit, the owner must verify the transaction before helping restore access. Email brody@two2six.net with your order ID and a description of the problem. Support will verify the transaction before restoring access. Keep your recovery key private and never send full card details.

Refund Policy: all sales final after delivery

All sales are final after successful digital delivery. Exceptions apply for non-delivery, material defects or misrepresentation, and whenever required by law.

Successful digital delivery means your purchased prompt and instructions are available through a working purchase page or download after verified payment. Payment alone, a checkout redirect, or an inaccessible link does not establish successful delivery.

What does not normally qualify

Buyer’s remorse, a change of preference, dissatisfaction with normal AI-output variation, or accurately disclosed third-party generator limitations do not alone qualify for a refund when the prompt was accurately described and functions as stated. Images that differ from an example are not, by themselves, evidence of a defective prompt.

Delivery failures, defects and misrepresentation

Contact support if content was not delivered, a prompt has a reproducible material defect in its stated supported setup, the product was materially misrepresented, or you were charged twice. An inaccurate generator-compatibility or reference requirement can be a material issue; normal model variability is different.

We will review the issue and provide correction, redelivery, replacement or a refund as appropriate and as required by law. No troubleshooting requirement or policy wording limits a mandatory remedy.

Your consumer rights and support

Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. This policy does not make an absolute no-refunds rule or assume that consent can waive rights protected by applicable law. Immediate-access consent does not remove mandatory cancellation or conformity rights.

Before buying

Check the listed generator, model version, reference-image needs, and limitations. Third-party tools, credits, and subscriptions are separate. Example images demonstrate direction; a prompt cannot guarantee an identical output. See Terms & licensing for permitted uses.

Custom work

Custom requests are free to submit when open. A written quote must explain scope, generator, references, timing, revisions, licensing, and cancellation/refund arrangements. You pay only after accepting the quote, using an owner-provided Stripe payment link.
